Papaya Detox Drinks Recipe #1

Ingredients:
  1. Papaya : 200g
  2. Fruit Syrup : 8cc
  3. Low-Fat Fresh Milk : 120cc
Directions:
  1. Peel the Papaya, dig up the seeds and dice up the Papaya.
  2. Blend prepared Papaya and 120cc of Low-Fat Fresh Milk
  3. Pour into a cup
  4. Add Fruit Syrup to the mixture
  5. Stir Well and enjoy!

Papaya Detox Drinks Recipe #2

Ingredients:
  1. Papaya : 200g
  2. Pineapple : 100g
  3. Freshly Squeeze Lemon Juice : 15cc

Directions:
  1. Peel the Papaya, dig up the seeds and dice up the Papaya.
  2. Peel the Pineapple and dice up the Pineapple
  3. Blend both prepared Pineapple and Papaya together.
  4. Pour into a cup
  5. Pour in 15cc of Freshly Squeeze Lemon Juice into the mixture.
  6. Stir Well and enjoy this detox drinks!

Ingredients:
  1. Papaya : 1
  2. Low-Fat Fresh Milk : 150cc
  3. Purple Cabbage : 80g
  4. Fruit Syrup : 5cc
Direction:
  1. Peel the Papaya, dig up the seeds and dice up the Papaya
  2. Dice up the 80g of Purple Cabbage.
  3. Blend Diced Purple Cabbage, Papaya and 150cc of Low-Fat Fresh Milk
  4. Pour into a Cup
  5. Add Fruit Syrup to the mixture
  6. Stir Well and this enjoy this Papaya Detox drinks!

It is best to drink Papaya detox drinks first thing within the morning and also throughout the day. It's also helpful to  eat Papaya mostly, or only alkaline forming foods, as this can assist the cleansing process.
