- Fruit Syrup : 8cc

- Blend prepared Papaya and 120cc of Low-Fat Fresh Milk
- Pour into a cup
- Add Fruit Syrup to the mixture
- Stir Well and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- Papaya : 200g
- Pineapple : 100g
- Freshly Squeeze Lemon Juice : 15cc
Directions:
- Peel the Papaya, dig up the seeds and dice up the Papaya.
- Peel the Pineapple and dice up the Pineapple
- Blend both prepared Pineapple and Papaya together.
- Pour into a cup
- Pour in 15cc of Freshly Squeeze Lemon Juice into the mixture.

- Low-Fat Fresh Milk : 150cc
- Purple Cabbage : 80g
- Fruit Syrup : 5cc

- Blend Diced Purple Cabbage, Papaya and 150cc of Low-Fat Fresh Milk
- Pour into a Cup
